CEMENT STORAGE

Each plant has a combined capacity of 700 tons with separate silos for OPC, SRC, Microsilica, and GGBS

AGGREGATE STORAGE

Two (2) stockpiles for each grade of aggregates. Each stockpile is well protected from direct sunlight and identified.

Weigh Bridge and Plant scales are monitored and calibrated in frequencies by Qatar Scales

Two (2) combined chiller/flakes ice plants with combined output of 90 tons in 24 hours. Combined storage is at 90 tons.

Fifty (50) Truck Mixers with a single lift capacity of 400 tons.

Eight (8) Cement Tankers

Seven (7) Pump-mounted Trucks of various reach ranging from 22m to 58m.

We extract aggregates and sand, which requires that we progressively restore the environment during the quarry’s life, with final rehabilitation after quarrying has finished. Our other activities include manufacturing concrete, concrete pipe and other pre-cast concrete products. These, with quarrying, can potentially impact on the environment through the release of process water and stormwater, spills of liquids such as petroleum products, stack and dust emissions as well as noise and ground vibrations. We have rigorous management systems to minimise the possibility of impacts occurring.
