Quality Assurance Manager

Bin Sraiya Ready Mix has an immediate opening for a Quality Assurance Manager in our Doha - Industrial Area facility.

The Quality Assurance Manager manages the Quality Assurance Department, performs and documents research and development projects, troubleshooting of product problems, documents production and quality assurance procedures.

Qualifications for this position should include the following:

* Ten plus years of Quality Assurance Management experience
* College degree required
* Formulates and documents procedures and standards
* Supervises and coordinates quality assurance personnel responsibilities
* Hires quality assurance inspectors
* Trains the Quality Assurance Inspectors
* Develops and maintains employee development programs that achieve the individuals’ potential and added value to the organization
* Performs and documents research and development projects
* Performs troubleshooting tests to improve the quality of the product
* Responsible for monthly and weekly metric output and continuous improvement activities
* Ability to interact/communicate with all levels within organization as well as customers and suppliers – both written and verbally.
* Proficient in Root Cause Analysis methods and data analysis
* Implementing quality initiatives and incorporating them into plant goals/objectives
